Executive Director
Erica Bisguier has worked in the health care arena for over ten years. She has been consulting with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients in the reimbursement and commercialization arena for the past five years after having worked for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) predecessor agency, the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA), in the Office of Clinical Standards and Quality’s Coverage and Analysis Group. In addition to her position with Boston Healthcare, Ms. Bisguier is on faculty at Regis College in the Health Product Regulation graduate program. Ms. Bisguier holds a B.A. in English and Sociology from Binghamton University, the State University of New York, and a J.D. and M.P.H. from Boston University.
